Students are requested to submit the admission form only once. Multiple submissions for the same student are not allowed.
After successful submission, please download and save the admission form carefully for future reference.
If you are unable to download the admission form or if any incorrect information has been submitted by mistake, please contact the school office immediately. The school authority will verify and rectify the issue accordingly.
⚠️ ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিজ্ঞপ্তি
সমস্ত ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, ভর্তি ফর্ম শুধুমাত্র একবারই জমা করতে হবে। একই ছাত্র/ছাত্রীর জন্য একাধিক ফর্ম জমা করা যাবে না।
ফর্ম সফলভাবে জমা দেওয়ার পর অবশ্যই Admission Form ডাউনলোড করে সংরক্ষণ করে রাখবেন ভবিষ্যতের প্রয়োজনের জন্য।
যদি ভুলবশত Admission Form ডাউনলোড না হয় অথবা ফর্মে কোনো তথ্য ভুল হয়ে যায়, তাহলে দ্রুত বিদ্যালয়ের অফিসে যোগাযোগ করুন। বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনীয় যাচাই করে সংশোধনের ব্যবস্থা করবে।
